Yoga with Penny

Yoga: Penny is a 500hr trained yoga teacher, fortunate to have completed 300hr in beautiful Rishikesh, India. Penny has been teaching for 5 years and offers classes in Hatha Yoga with some vinyasa flows. All abilities welcome, yoga is great for relieving stress, getting strong and flexible and is also great fun.
