Meet the Team
The farm and holiday lets are jointly run by the second and third generation to live at Trevase. Sarah, Roger and Liz's daughter, manages the barns with the help of Liz and Amy. David, Roger and Liz's son, manages the farm with the help of Roger. You may also see David and Amy’s children, William, Sophie and James, around the farm.
Liz
Liz was brought up on a family farm in Gloucester and after training and, while working as a farm secretary, married Roger and moved into his family farmhouse at Trevase. Together, they ran the farm and its successful dairy herd until 2003 and brought up three children. Liz also managed to fit in holding the position of Chair of Herefordshire NFU for a year. Not long after this, she had the vision to use one of the underused barns at Trevase Farm as a holiday let and the business was born! Of course, not before a huge amount of work had gone into creating the luxury accommodation you see today. Liz, alongside Sarah, manages the overall and day-to-day running of the barns whilst still being very much involved in the farming business. If you don't find her in the office or running errands, you will probably find that she is on one of her adventurous holidays somewhere in the world with Roger!
Sarah
Sarah, Liz's daughter, returned from her sales role in London in 2017 and has become increasing involved in the business. In 2020 she took over management of the business to navigate the paperwork and challenges of the unprecedented pandemic. Sarah grew up at Trevase, watching the development of the holiday accommodation, and where she could around school, would help Liz and Roger either in the barns or on the farm! Sarah loved her time in London, but at heart is a country girl and is delighted to be back in beautiful Herefordshire.
Amy
Amy, formerly a primary school teacher, is married to Liz's son, David. Amy, David and their three children live in the farm house at Trevase. Amy is still very much committed to the school run and looking after their children. You might see Amy regularly doing the hot tub at Trevase and she is on hand to answer any questions. In addition, Amy is involved in the farm business with office work and as a farmer's daughter, having spent most of her childhood in Shropshire, has an understanding of farm life.
Theresa
Theresa has been helping Liz in the farmhouse and with the children since they were little and is now also head housekeeper at Trevase Granary. She has the task of managing three other ladies to clean The Granary throughout the year. Her husband, Kevin, has worked on the farm for 40 years and his practical skills occasionally come in handy for the holiday lets too.
