Ground Floor

• Cider Suite is a large twin bedroom adapted for disabled guests, with plenty of space, a large ensuite wet room, and super views - even from the beds!
• Coach House Suite is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and lovely views.
• Shippon Suite is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
• Dairy Suite is a twin or double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bull Pen Suite is a twin or double bedroom with an ensuite wet room suitable for less able guests.

• The staircase to the first floor is beautifully crafted from oak and fitted with a stairlift.

First Floor

• Furnished with plenty of sofas and chairs, the Sitting Room features a large picture window with uninterrupted views to the Black Mountains. The curved oak staircase, sweeping up to a secret bedroom, gives the room its own identity.
• The Television Lounge is a large room with plenty of seating for watching television or DVDs or playing games on the games console. A selection of board games and paperbacks are provided. The gas 'wood burner' makes this a cosy room in winter. A huge map of the area is provided to assist in planning outings. There is a wireless Internet connection.
• The Kitchen is fully fitted with hand-made units and granite worktops. It is equipped with a large dual fuel range cooker, two larder fridges, freezer, microwave, George Forrman grill, two dishwashers, two sinks, and all the utensils and gadgets you will need to cater for your party.
• The Dining Room is conveniently located next to the kitchen. With a large dining table seating sixteen, fabulous views from all the windows, and a wealth of detail charactertised by wrought iron light fittings, roof timbers, and a stained glass window letting light through from the stairwell, this is a very special room in which to enjoy a meal.
• Hayloft Suite is a double bedroom with two large Velux windows and an ensuite shower room.
• Owlpen Suite is a twin or double bedroom with a Velux window, an ensuite bathroom and stunning countryside views.
• Dovecote Suite is reached by an oak circular stair from the Sitting Room. This amazing double bedroom, with views of the Black Mountains and the rolling countryside of south Herefordshire, would make a fabulous honeymoon suite. The ensuite features a roll-top bath.

Corporate Hospitality / Training

• The dining room can be configured into a traditional boardroom layout, seating up to twenty. The lounge provides a more informal setting with comfy sofas, low tables, and a 42 inch plasma television with computer connectivity. We can even arrange outside caterers.
• The Games Room can provide a superb covered area for a function for up to 50 people by prior arrangement. For a larger party, a marquee can be erected on the lawn to seat up to 200 people.

Utilities

• The Service Block houses a laundry room with automatic washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities. There is also secure storage for bicycles, fishing rods, etc.
• There is fenced parking for at least eight cars.
